On November 3, Ronly & Tenwen (Suzhou) Law Firm witnessed the unveiling ceremony and the first headquarter-branches joint meeting. More than 40 industry leaders and lawyers attended the ceremony, including ZHANG Ningshu, member of the Party Group and Director of the Political Department of Suzhou Xiangcheng District Bureau of Justice, JIANG Lei, member of the Public Law Department of Suzhou Xiangcheng District Bureau of Justice, LIU Wenjian, President of Suzhou Xiangcheng District Lawyers Association, LIU Xuelong, Vice President of Suzhou Xiangcheng District Lawyers Association, members of the Management Committee of Shanghai Head Office, branch heads, and lawyers of the Suzhou Branch. The unveiling ceremony was presided over by TANG Jian, lawyer of the Suzhou Branch.

      In his speech, JI Xiaoguang, Director of the Suzhou Branch, stated that following the establishment of the Suzhou Branch, it will uphold and carry forward the Head Office’s fine traditions while leveraging its leadership and support, as well as its talent advantages, professional expertise and resource capabilities to actively explore legal service markets. It will also endeavor to foster a strong cooperative relationship between the head office and the branch to provide clients with high-quality legal services.
 

      Subsequently, PAN Dingchun, Director of Shanghai Head Office, expressed his gratitude in his speech to all individuals from various sectors who have shown concern and provided support for the growth of Ronly & Tenwen and the Suzhou Branch. He hoped that Ronly & Tenwen can seize the opportunity to further expedite its penetration into the legal service market of the Yangtze River Delta, and proactively integrate itself into the development of this region while serving its progress, and it can give full play to the professional advantages, talent advantages and resource advantages of Shanghai Lujiazui Head office to support and serve Suzhou Branch. Over the years, Ronly & Tenwen has integrated loyalty, openness, innovation, inclusiveness, and enterprise into its core cultural values. Moving forward, it will continue to enhance professional skills internally, lay out the development plan in the Yangtze River Delta externally while striving to achieve development goals in brand building, business expansion, specialization, standardization, digitized management and market-oriented operations.

      In his speech, ZHANG Ningshu, member of the Party Group and Director of the Political Department of Suzhou Xiangcheng District Bureau of Justice, emphasized the expectation for Ronly & Tenwen Suzhou Branch to fully leverage the professional advantages and customer resources of the Head Office to serve the social and economic development of Suzhou. Additionally, he highlighted that Suzhou and Shanghai will further enhance exchanges, drawing upon each other’s strengths and weaknesses. Looking ahead, they will actively learn from Shanghai law firms’ excellent models based on their respective cities and regions and strive to jointly promote the development of the legal industry while contributing to the construction of a society ruled by law.

      Finally, LIU Wenjian, President of Suzhou Xiangcheng District Lawyers Association, LIU Xuelong, Vice President of Suzhou Xiangcheng District Lawyers Association, PAN Dingchun, Director of Shanghai Head Office and JI Xiaoguang, Director of Suzhou Branch jointly unveiled the Suzhou Branch.

       At the same time, the signing ceremony of Shanghai Rongli Tianwen (Changzhou) Law Firm and Shanghai Rongli Tianwen (Korea) Foreign Law Consulting Law Firm was held.

      After the unveiling ceremony, the first headquarter-branches joint meeting was convened, attended by principals of Ronly & Tenwen Shanghai Head Office and branches in Beijing, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Suzhou, Haikou, Lingang New Area, Taicang, Changzhou and Seoul Office in South Korea. In the meeting, the headquarter-branches Coordinated Development and Joint Cooperation Mechanism plan was approved.
