Lawyers from Ronly & Tenwen were honored in “The Fifth Minhang District Outstanding Young Lawyer Selection”. ZHANG Wenjie was awarded the title of “Outstanding Young Lawyer of Minghang District”, while ZHOU Kehui received recognition as a finalist.

     The Fifth Minhang District Outstanding Young Lawyers Selection took place on December 29, 2023. Through meticulous evaluation of exemplary cases, rigorous personal presentations (including a 5-minute TED talk and on-site questioning), as well as discerning judgment of esteemed judges, ZHANG Wenjie, a partner at our firm, was successfully elected as an outstanding young lawyer in Minhang District, and ZHOU Kehui, another partner at our firm, received recognition as a finalist.

ZHANG Wenjie

     

      ZHANG graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2012 and has been engaged in the practice area of intellectual property litigation since then, representing renowned domestic Internet enterprises such as CCTV International, Youku, iQiyi, among others. Throughout his career, he has successfully handled numerous cases related to intellectual property rights protection and achieved substantial compensation for his clients. A number of cases represented by him have been selected among top ten typical cases of regional courts and recognized as national typical cases. He is particularly experienced in copyright protection of sports events, and has participated in the copyright protection of large-scale sports events such as the World Cup and the Olympic Games for many times. Through his dedicated efforts, he has made significant contributions to advancing the development of China’s domestic intellectual property industry

 

ZHOU Kehui

           ZHOU graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law. His objective in providing legal services is to “achieve optimal synergy between client business development and corporate compliance.” Currently, he primarily focuses on litigation and non-litigation legal services pertaining to securities law, company law, labor law, and other legal domains. He offers comprehensive legal support centered around compliance for corporate clients including leading integrated circuit testing enterprises, high-voltage transmission and distribution monitoring enterprises, sludge treatment and environmental protection enterprises, among others. Additionally, he is a renowned general responsible lawyer specializing in rice brand construction and trademark protection. His aspiration as a lawyer is to become “an ideal lawyer in the eyes of the public”.
