Sha Jiawei has provided litigation and non-litigation special legal services to governments at all levels and relevant departments in Minhang District. Focusing on the smooth advancement of governments’ practical projects, he participated in the legal services of many major municipal engineering projects in Minhang District, including the Hongqiao Transportation Hub project, the Pujiang Country Park project, the Jiamin Overpass (Minhang Section) project, and the Qibao Greenfield Ecological Business District project. In providing legal services for the transformation and renovation of Jiuxing Market in 2016-2017, he completed the full-process legal services such as plan design, compliance demonstration, and risk control, which properly solved the relocation of more than 10,000 merchants and laid a solid foundation for later transformation and upgrading of the market.
