In terms of non-litigation cases, since entry into the intellectual property service industry in 2002, she has worked on the front lines of trademarks, patents, and copyrights, and has handled tens of thousands of trademark applications, trademark objections, trademark disputes, etc., with rich experience in corporate trademark protection, operation and management. She successfully acted for the large dating website Century Jiayuan to obtain the recognition of a famous trademark in Shanghai, and for Shanghai Tiantian Express Company in obtainment of “Tiantian Express” as a well-known trademark in China.

Wang Yingge, Shanghai Bangfu Precision Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. over the ownership of the “Feidai” trademark; the administrative litigation of Suzhou Boshilong Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd. regarding revocation of TATA Trademark, where the trademark registration was successfully maintained; the fist instance, the second instance and the retrial of the administrative litigation of Shanghai Yiqiushan Company regarding revocation of “Hunrizi” trademark; Shanghai Overseas Import and Export Co., Ltd.’s infringement of luggage appearance patent; series cases of right protection of “Zhouheiya” trademark; series cases of right protection of “Babi” steamed Bun; Yiting Home Textiles’ copyright infringement and many other successful cases. She has rich experience in intellectual property litigations, especially in the intellectual property litigations in emerging industries of the Internet and mobile Internet.
