Mr. Jiang Lu serves as the legal counsel of a number of enterprises and institutions, covering listed companies, large real estate companies, asset management companies, etc. She is good at proceeding from the clients’ business perspective, gaining an in-depth understanding of the operation and development of enterprises, and providing customized legal service solutions for clients with different characteristics. Representative cases:

1. Acted for a major trading company in a series of litigation against a listed company in Zhejiang, its controlling shareholder and actual controller, and completed the initial sealing up of the defendant’s nationwide assets at the beginning of the outbreak of the debt crisis through teamwork and division of labor;

2. Participated in the overall asset acquisition project of a listed company and acquired the assets of the entire building on behalf of a consortium;

3. Participated in the asset disposal project of a real estate company and sold a large shopping center in Changsha City on behalf of the acquired party;

4. Acted for an industrial company in an arbitration for equity repurchase disputes with an investment company, and a target company;

5. Acted for a real estate development company, a construction and installation engineering company, and an investment company in response to a contract dispute with a state-owned enterprise joint venture in cooperative development of real estate, and filed a counterclaim;

6. Acted for a bond manager (representing hundreds of investors) in a lawsuit against a listed real estate company and its subsidiaries for breach of bond contract;

7. Provided special legal services for withdrawal of the first and second phases of a private equity fund from the fixed increase project of a listed company in Sichuan;

8. Acted for a real estate company in response to a financial leasing dispute with a financial leasing joint-stock company;

9. Acted for a company in a lawsuit against the original actual controller for infringement on the company’s interests through related-party transactions;

10. Acted for the current chairman of a listed company in a dispute over the reputation rights of the former chairman;

11. Acted for a subsidiary of a central enterprise in a lawsuit against an industrial company etc. over loan contract disputes;

12. Acted for an asset management company in enforcement of a central enterprise, which involved the judicial disposal of large assets and the civil and criminal settlement;

13. Provided special legal services for a well-known mainland distributor of health products in Hong Kong in protection of reputation rights.
