Yang Nan has been engaged in teaching and business for many years, and has been practicing since 2001.

Classic cases:

Mr. Yang is a senior partner of the firm, and has been engaged in legal work for a long time, with extensive practice experience. Yang Nan is particularly good at representing cases involving criminal and civil law and debt recovery. He has successfully resolved 129 million yuan of mortgage loan risks for the Lujiazui Sub-branch of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank; successfully recovered a total of 144 million yuan from Shanghai Huaye Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries for Baoshan Sub-branch, Changshu Sub-branch, Wuxi Sub-branch, and Xiaoshan Sub-branch of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank after the exposure to serious business reputation problems; and handled a number of cases of recovery of tens of millions of yuan of historical debts and successfully recovered them in full.

Mr. Yang had provided long-term legal advisory services to dozens of enterprises or institutions such as Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd., Shanghai Branch of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, Shanghai Jianping Middle School, Shanghai Jianping Experimental School, Guiyang Television Station, Guizhou Province, Shanghai Boda Investment and Development Co., Ltd., U.S. Xinshuangai Group, Shanghai Zhonghang Real Estate Development Company, Shanghai Qiaofu Real Estate Co., Ltd., Shanghai Jiayi Industry Co., Ltd., Shanghai Guanwei Paper Co., Ltd., Shanghai Zhuoran Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Yizun Spa Health Experience Management Co., Ltd., Shanghai Hongqiao Friendship Mall Co., Ltd., Shanghai Pudong Education Development Research Institute, Ruili Group. He is currently the long-term legal counsel of Jiading District Housing Security and Administration, Huashan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University, Shanghai Jianping Middle School and other units.

Shanghai xx International Trade Co., Ltd., and Shen X et al. over property right disputes; served as the plaintiff’s agent in the Zhabei Sub-branch of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank v. Shanghai xx Industrial Co., Ltd., Shanghai xx Industrial Co., Ltd., Chen xx, Shanghai xx Pipeline Co., Ltd. over bill discount dispute; served as the plaintiff’s agent in the Baoshan Sub-branch of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank v. Shanghai xx Processing Co., Ltd. and Shanghai xx Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. over bill acceptance dispute; acted as the plaintiff's agent in the West Campus of Shanghai Jianping Middle School v. Shanghai xx Real Estate Management Co., Ltd. over lease contract case; acted as the agent of Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd. v. xx Company over trademark infringement; and acted as the defendant’s agent in the equity repurchase case that has a significant impact in the field of domestic private equity investment, etc.

In the field of real estate, Mr. Yang has extensive experience. He has provided whole-process legal services for the overall relocation of enterprises in the Shanghai Hongqiao Integrated Transportation Hub project, and has represented the government and enterprises in handling demolition issues encountered in Shanghai and various districts. He used to serve as a legal counsel for government agencies and handled related administrative litigations.
