Main handled classic cases:

1. Recovered creditor’s rights for a bank in a lawsuit against shareholders who harmed the interests of the company. The principal involved was 5.5 million yuan, and the recovered creditor’s rights from the borrower’s shareholders was 8 million yuan;

2. Recovered creditor’s rights for a bank in a lawsuit against a borrower and the guarantor over financial loan contract dispute. The principal involved was 140 million yuan, and the actual controller was successfully held liable for joint and several damages;

3. Provided special legal services for the placement and diversion of employees of a foreign-invested listed enterprise, where nearly 1,000 employees were efficiently and smoothly replaced and diverted;

4. In recent years, Lin Qiao has handled various types of bank financial loan contract disputes and litigations, and have successfully recovered more than 2 billion yuan in creditor’s rights for banks;

5. In recent years, she has handled non-litigation legal projects of non-public targeted debt financing instruments, with a cumulative issuance amount of more than 10 billion yuan;

6. In recent years, she has handled investment and financing, mergers and acquisitions, capital operations and other non-litigation legal projects, where the total transaction amount exceeded 10 billion yuan;
