In the field of corporate and commercial/acquisitions and mergers, Lawyer SUN Yucheng provides legal support to enterprises in aspects such as daily operations, contract management, commercial risk control, project investment, equity transfer, corporate structure design, and equity incentive, etc. At the same time, he has handled various types of contract dispute cases and corporate dispute cases, including equity transfer, equity incentive, company dissolution, collection of withdrawn capital, shareholders' right to know, and liability disputes for damaging company interests. He has also acted as an agent for insolvency representatives or creditors in a number of insolvency cases.
In addition, he has provided legal services for a number of companies to implement equity mergers and acquisitions and asset acquisitions in China, including transaction structure design, due diligence, legal opinion issuance, credit and debt arrangements, commercial negotiations, agreement drafting and review, and variation procedure handling.

Represented minority shareholders of a network technology company, responded to the major shareholders' appeal for dissolution of the company, resulting in rejecting all appeals of major shareholders;

Represented the plaintiffs or defendants in a number of shareholder investment disputes;

Represented a biotechnology company, responded to a series of cases initiated by the company's former executives, such as labor arbitration, non-competition disputes and equity incentive disputes, resulting in rejecting all appeals of the party bringing the suits;

Represented the former shareholders of a technology company, handled a series of cases against the current shareholders of the company concerning equity transfer, non-competition disputes and liability disputes for damaging company interests, resulting in resolving the cases through mediation and action withdrawl

Assisted Thunder Power Hong Kong Limited in acquiring a number of automotive technology companies in Taicang, Jiangsu Province and Xuancheng, Anhui Province;

Assisted Sinopharm Capital in acquiring a number of pharmaceutical technology companies in China;

Assisted Taiwan JG Environmental Technology in acquiring environmental technology companies in China;
Assisted a subsidiary company of a central enterprise in acquiring the largest DHC integrated smart energy company in East China.

Real estate and construction engineering

In the field of real estate and construction engineering, Lawyer SUN Yucheng has successively represented many engineering disputes for real estate development enterprises, real estate brokerage companies, engineering construction enterprises, and engineering design companies, etc. He also provides legal services such as contract review and commercial negotiation during the process.

Representative cases:
Represented a Canadian design company to claim design fees from a number of well-known real estate developers in China, resulting in full payment and settlement;
Represented a listed real estate brokerage company to handle a series of contract disputes between a real estate project in Wuxi City and a number of suppliers, as well as intermediary service contract disputes with a number of well-known real estate developers;
Represented a number of engineering construction enterprises to deal with the construction engineering cases such as recovery of project money, project quality disputes caused by affiliations, contract transferring and subcontracting.

Intellectual Property

In the field of intellectual property, Lawyer SUN Yucheng has handled intellectual property rights and unfair competition disputes involving patent rights, trademark rights, computer software copyrights, and trade secrets. He also provides special legal services for clients to acquire intangible assets.

Representative cases:

Represented a well-known online travel service company in Shanghai to handle a series of trademark infringement and unfair competition disputes, successfully defended the clients’ rights across the country;
Assisted a large foreign company to acquire a commercial insurance health claims system, and investigate risks such as ownership disputes and possible infringement.

Participated in the 2017 Shanghai Wusong International Art Town project entitled "Research on Intellectual Property Protection Planning" and the project of Intellectual Property Office of Hainan Province on "Intellectual Property Today";

Participated in the compilation of books, including Corporate Legal Practice Guidance, edited by the Working Committee of Shanghai Bar Association, and Research Report on the Status Quo of Intellectual Property Judicial Cases, edited by the Judicial Case Research Institute of the Supreme People's Court.
