Lawyer ZHU Ning has a technical background in the electromechanical field, and has long provided "customized and all-round" intellectual property legal services for well-known companies and brands at home and abroad. Circuit breaker (prior art defense) Assisted a listed electrical company in Shanghai with prior art defense of 4 low-voltage circuit breakers in the court, resolved claims of nearly 100 million yuan;

Laser Instrument (commuted by the Supreme Court) Helped a company in Guangdong overturn the judgment of the secondary court in the retrial stage at the Supreme Court, prevented the risk of market share being wrested for the client;

Laser cutting (service invention case) Helped the client to maintain 9 patents and win 19 service invention ownership cases, resolved related litigation;

In the field of food (counterfeiting and infringement) Provided legal and technical support for Luzhou Laojiao and domestic and foreign brands, several commercial logo counterfeiting cases were regarded as pioneering cases by clients;

Shenjian sandpaper (punitive compensation) A trademark infringement case with 2 times punitive compensation was upheld and selected into Five Intellectual Property Punitive Compensation Cases of Jiangsu Courts in 2021, it was also included in "The People's Judicature . Cases", journal of the Supreme People's Court, in 2022;

False propaganda (unfair competition) The judgment of commercial slander and false propaganda case was revised by Guangdong High Court, and published in "The People's Judicature . Cases", journal of the Supreme People's Court, in 2022;

Vehicle carriers (patent right protection) Provided perennial global patent analysis, rights confirmation and rights protection services for well-known brands of electric bicycles, electric vehicles, strollers and other products;

Overseas rights protection (jurisdiction disputes) Helped a domestic company sue the United States Indiegogo patent infringement in China, failed to reach a settlement, the case was not upheld;

Overseas business (trademark patent) Helped well-known domestic companies to apply trademarks and conduct global patent search and analysis in the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union and ASEAN;
