Work Experience:

Lawyer ZHAO Yang has been engaged in legal work since July 1990. Now he is a senior partner of Shanghai Ronly & Tenwen Partners. His main fields of expertise include both non-litigation and litigation businesses concerning land reserve and pre-development, real estate projects and construction projects, corporate investment and financing, and corporate legal affairs.

In the fields of land reserve and pre-development, real estate, and construction engineering, he has successfully facilitated numerous urban land acquisition and pre-development projects. He provides comprehensive legal services throughout the entire process from land reserve project approval, acquisition and reserve negotiation, signing, to land transfer, custody, consolidation and temporary land use and delivery. Moreover, he also provides legal services for various livelihood and urban renewal projects, including engineering bidding, design, construction contracting, completion acceptance and handover, and project settlement. Additionally, Lawyer ZHAO Yang also participated in the compilation of the book "Classified Analysis of Real Estate Cases".

In the realm of corporate legal affairs, Lawyer ZHAO Yang has previously held the position of Head of Legal Department at Shanghai Fosun Information Industry Group for several years and subsequently acted as a perennial legal counsel to numerous enterprises spanning across various industries such as household appliance manufacturing, venture capital, land reserve, asset management, media, real estate, tourism, tobacco, IT, logistics and auto parts chain. He offers comprehensive legal services for the investment and financing, daily operations, mergers and acquisitions, major transactions and business innovation of consulting enterprises, accumulating extensive work experience in corporate operation, risk control and legal department management. Furthermore, his academic background in the dual fields of law and economics enables him to possess sharp business and adeptly balance multiple interests between law and business. In terms of corporate investment and financing projects alone, he has completed a total of 15 billion yuan of corporate bond projects in the past three years.
