The lawsuit of Fu v. Li house sale contract dispute involved a subject matter worth 7.2 million yuan. Lawyer QIAN Kele represented the plaintiff, Fu, and successfully upheld their claim in the initial court trial, resulting in a decision that held the defendant liable for breach of contract. However, the defendant refused to accept the first instance judgement and filed an appeal. In the subsequent appellate proceedings, Lawyer QIAN Kele continued to act as Fu's legal representative. The defendant's appeal was ultimately rejected by the second instance court, thereby upholding the original judgment. Nevertheless, even after this ruling became effective, the defendant persisted in refusing to fulfill their payment obligation as stipulated by law. To safeguard the client's legitimate rights and interests, Lawyer QIAN Kele continued to represented them during execution stage. Through rounds of negotiation and communication with the defendant along with implementing a series of enforcement measures, the final judgment was fully executed.
2. In the case of Wang v. Pan entrustment contract dispute, the subject matter of the lawsuit amounted to 6 million yuan. Lawyer QIAN Kele represented the defendant Pan and skillfully facilitated a withdrawal of the lawsuit through astute analysis and litigation expertise during the initial court hearing.
3. The lawsuit between Li and Jiang, as well as other labor service providers, revolved around a disputed liability amounting to 1.27 million yuan. Lawyer QIAN Kele acted as the representative for defendant Jiang. After thorough analysis of both factual and legal aspects, the judge concurred with our defense argument and requested the plaintiff to clarify the defendants involved in this case and their respective legal relationships. As a result, the plaintiff included more defendants in the case.
