2. Acted for the four legal heirs of the famous paper-cutting master Wang Zigan in the lawsuit against Shanghai Zhendingji Industrial Co., Ltd. for copyright infringement and won the lawsuit.
3. Acted for a number of fund companies in corporate mergers and acquisitions, with involved assets of billions of yuan.
4. Acted for a Hong Kong resident in response to a dispute over investment cooperation with a large-scale real estate development company and winning the lawsuit, recovering 100 million yuan in economic losses for the Hong Kong resident.
5. Designed and implemented a layoff plan for an enterprise affiliated to a university, and achieved efficient and smooth layoffs.
6. Acted for a food city in suing the city management and administrative enforcement authority, and the food city was able to continue to operate after court mediation.
