Classic cases:

1. In 2006, Xiaoyangren Group carried out its Phase-III expansion project with an area of 80,000 square meters. The main constructions included a cold drink workshop, a powder spraying workshop, and a dairy workshop. The construction was carried out in two phases. In the first phase, the No. 1 and No. 2 plants were constructed; and in the second phase, the No. 3 and No. 4 plants were constructed. Wang Yunchao mainly reviewed, revised, or drafted the contracts of construction project, etc., supervised and inspected the performance of contracts, and formulated the company’s management systems, contract management measures, etc.

2. The RiseSun International Shopping Plaza, Jinxiu Tiandi and Lantingyuan Residential Project of Cangzhou Branch of RiseSun Real Estate Development (later merged into Tianjin Company of RiseSun Real Estate Development). RiseSun International Shopping Plaza was the largest commercial complex in Cangzhou and even Hebei. It is a building with six floors above ground and two floors below ground, plus a 26-floor twin-tower building (office buildings and apartments) on the north side, and the infrastructure is complete. Jinxiu Tiandi high-rise residential community, was divided into areas A and B, with a total of 26 buildings. There were 10 buildings in Area A, and 16 buildings in Area B, ranging from 16 to 34 floors. The floor area ratio was 2.49; the greening rate was 51%, and the water system coverage rate was 30%. The circulating water system runs through the entire community. The Lantingyuan Community consisted of small high-rise and high-rise buildings, with a total construction area of 200,000 square meters. The total of 15 buildings were developed in two phases. The floor area ratio was 2.49; the greening rate was 50%; and the water system coverage rate was 30%. In the above three projects, Wang Yunchao engaged in the whole-process legal work of negotiation, signing and performance of contracts that covered from demolition, construction and property pre-sale, established and improved the contract management system and contract text, and carried out non-litigation and litigation business which included personnel training.
