Educational background:

Jin Ling was graduated from the Department of International Law and Business of Shanghai University of Political Science and Law in 2011, majoring in international economic law. Now, Jin Ling is attending the on-the-job postgraduate studies in the Department of Economic Law of East China University of Political Science and Law. In 2010, Jin Ling passed the national judicial examination and obtained the qualification to practice as a lawyer.

Jin Ling participated in the litigation and settlement of labor disputes of 213 employees after the run away of an enterprise owner; and in the handling of the case of a village collective enterprise v. a well-known enterprise over land sale contract dispute

As a barrister, Jin Ling has profound legal knowledge and extensive experience acting for companies in litigations. In addition, Jinling is enthusiastic about social welfare.
